The first new ship in 25 years from Crystal Cruises!

The beginning of a new era with the first ocean liner from Crystal Cruises in 25 years!

Crystal, the leader in exceptional cruise travel, today announced the name of its newest ship, Crystal Grace. It is the first ocean-going ship built from the ground up in 25 years and managed by AKTG (Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group).



Scheduled for delivery in May 2028, Crystal Grace will set sail on her maiden voyage on June 11, 2028, following a series of previous voyages. The ship will be a bold and innovative extension of Crystal's acclaimed heritage, combining innovation, sophistication and timeless style, and opening a new chapter in the brand's quest to redefine luxury at sea.

As part of the launch campaign, the brand created a digital word game that it shared on social media, inviting fans to guess the name of the vessel on their own before the official announcement.

The name Grace was chosen to reflect the ship's sophisticated aesthetic, impeccable onboard experience and the graceful way in which Crystal cruises to the world's most spectacular destinations. With a capacity of 650 guests (based on double occupancy) and a displacement of 61,800 tons, Crystal Grace will offer spacious suites, world-class entertainment and dining, including Umi Uma®, the only Nobu restaurant at sea, the world's only Beefbar at sea, and a menu from the Michelin-starred Italian chefs of the Alaimo brothers at Osteria d'Ovidio – all included in the price of the voyage. Guests will also appreciate the ship's wraparound promenade deck, ideal for leisurely strolls with ocean views. The ship will continue to maintain one of the highest crew-to-passenger ratios in the segment, ensuring the personalized service and exceptional attention to detail that have made Crystal a world-class brand for more than three decades.

On land, Abercrombie & Kent will organize a range of unique excursion programs and events around the world, using its own global DMC network. Crystal is the only cruise line with such an integrated in-house resource.



Details on Crystal Grace suite categories will be announced in December, with further news on the first sailings, design features and new onboard services to follow in the coming months. Sales for the 2028 season will begin in April 2026, with a waiting list opening soon.
