Cruise line Celebrity Cruises has unveiled the upgrades debuting on the cruise ship Celebrity Reflection in March 2027.
This is the second Solstice-class ship to undergo a large-scale modernization.
As stated in the press release, after the reconstruction of the 2012-built vessel, its entertainment areas and restaurants will be fully updated, alongside the introduction of 13 brand-new venues.
«Celebrity Cruises is constantly dreaming up ways to innovate and elevate what we deliver for our guests, which is what makes this fleet modernization program so much more than a refresh,» — said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises.
«With Celebrity Reflection, we're evolving the guest experience in meaningful ways — introducing 13 new spaces designed to help guests relax, explore, and connect in ways that feel effortless and unforgettable.»
The revamped Celebrity Pool Club will feature two dedicated bars, expanded seating, and added shade, along with two new poolside dining experiences:
Orange Peel Bar & Grille: a venue featuring smashburgers, grilled dishes, and refreshing frozen cocktails.
Tacos del Sol: a casual outdoor concept with a Mexican twist and a “build-your-own taco” station.

The cruise ship will also feature four new entertainment spaces: the three-story Grand Plaza atrium; the 125-seat Boulevard Lounge for board games, karaoke, and live performances; the Boulevard Bar offering handcrafted cocktails; and a sports and gaming lounge called The Parlor.
Another addition is Sunset Park — a cozy, park-like outdoor green space. Designed for relaxation and connection, it will host activities ranging from meditation and lawn games to outdoor movies under the stars and live music performances.
Additionally, three new dining experiences await guests:
Trattoria Rossa: an Italian classic serving meat dishes and fresh pasta made in-house daily. The chef will prepare select signature dishes tableside, paired with fine wine or cocktails.
Fine Cut Steakhouse: a premium steakhouse featuring 30-day dry-aged steaks and the freshest seafood.
The Bora: a Mediterranean rooftop concept. During the day, it will offer brunch and customizable cocktails, while evenings will focus on chef-led tableside dishes and large sharing plates for friendly gatherings.
The Retreat, the ship's exclusive suite class, will feature an enhanced The Retreat Sundeck with an oversized hot tub and a fully redesigned lounge.
The modernization will also touch many other onboard venues, including:
Café Al Bacio, Cellar Masters wine bar, the Casino, the Art Gallery, World Class Bar, Martini Bar, Pool Bar, Passport Bar, the Fitness Center, Camp at Sea children's club, as well as private restaurants Luminae (exclusive to guests of The Retreat) and Blu (exclusive to AquaClass guests).
Immediately following the completion of the upgrades in the first quarter of 2027, the ship will set sail on year-round Caribbean cruises.
Its itineraries from Fort Lauderdale will include short 3- and 4-night cruises to Key West and the Bahamas, as well as longer 6- and 8-night voyages visiting Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Turks and Caicos, and Grand Cayman.
Additionally, from May 10 to 14, 2027, the ship will host the cruise line's special event — “President's Cruise 2027.”
