- After selecting a tour, provide a scanned copy of your passport and other documents (depending on the tour selected) for booking to create a reservation.
*The signature in the sent passports, within the requirements specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", is your permission to process your personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, and will be used as an identifier of the signatory and confirmation of your agreement with the terms of the contract.

- Receive from the manager "Confirmation of the request for booking a tour product" on the company’s letterhead. 

- Receive an invoice from the manager for payment of the tour. Payments are made in hryvnias at the commercial rate on the day the invoice is issued. The invoice is valid for the day.

IMPORTANTLY: By paying the invoice, you:
-    You confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of concluding a public contract for the provision of tourist services and confirming the reservation;
-    You accept the offer and agree (acceptance) to conclude a public contract for the provision of tourist services and confirmation of the reservation, thereby confirming that the passport you provided is a document that properly identifies you. This will also be your agreement with the terms of the tour booking.
