MSC Cruises introduced its AI assistant MSC Concierge.
The free service is available 24/7 and allows guests to send requests and ask questions in more than 90 languages through the MSC for Me mobile application.
According to the cruise line's press release, the service is already available on most MSC ships, and by the end of May it will be rolled out across the entire fleet.
“We strive to provide our guests with the best vacation experience at every stage of the cruise. By combining the latest technologies with the warm hospitality of our crew, we empower guests to personalize their journey like never before and create a truly tailored experience,” said MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato.
“MSC Concierge allows guests to instantly access the information they need and submit service requests without leaving their cabin or sun lounger, giving them more freedom to relax onboard, discover new experiences, and enjoy their time at sea in maximum comfort.”

The assistant answers guests' cruise-related questions, allows them to order services, book restaurants, shore excursions, spa treatments, and much more. The service can be used after connecting to the ship's Wi-Fi network.
The service is currently available on the following ships: World Europa, Fantasia, Euribia, World America, Virtuosa, Seascape, Seashore, Meraviglia, Orchestra, Poesia, Musica, Lirica, Grandiosa, Armonia, Divina, Sinfonia, Bellissima and Splendida.
