Marina Bay Terminal is ready for increased passenger traffic thanks to modernization!

Marina Bay Singapore Cruise Center will be a year-round home base for Dream Cruises and Disney Cruise Line ships for the foreseeable future.

The expansion program makes this possible and includes enlarged guest areas in the terminal and separate check-in areas for each vessel.

In addition, there will be a new check-in hall with additional seating, new lounges and enlarged waiting areas. The total number of seats in the terminal will exceed 3,500, preparing the facility for future needs.

After the expansion, Marina Bay will be able to handle 11,700 passengers daily, up from 6,800 previously.

The terminal completed a record year with two million guests in 2024 and expects this figure to continue to grow.

A new and improved ground transport zone is being developed, which will provide improved passenger flow with more drop-off/pick-up points, bus and taxi parking, and shuttles to the nearest MRT station on peak days. MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) is Singapore's main rapid transit system, effectively their subway.

The new Disney Adventure will arrive later this year—the 6,000-guest ship will operate short cruises from Singapore throughout the year.

Also planned for the year are the presence of companies such as Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, as well as TUI, Princess and others.

Singapore's domestic market has grown since the pandemic, with many people trying cruise holidays for the first time. Combined with air connections to Singapore, this has helped increase capacity.
