90 days before the cruise / 10% of the full cost of the cruise
89-60 days / In the amount of the prepayment (but not less than 10% of the full cost)
59-30 days / 55% of the full cost of the cruise
29-18 days / 80% of the full cost of the cruise
17 days or less or no-show for the cruise / 100% of the full cost of the cruise
