Additional terms and conditions:
1. The voucher is converted into UAH at the commercial rate on the day of payment;
2. The voucher must be used by 31.12.2025 for cruises that will take place by 31.12.2026
3. Participation in the promotion can be accepted by fulfilling the conditions listed above by 14.10.2025.
4. The draw will take place on October 16, 2025 among the authors of the best texts using a randomizer.
5. The voucher cannot be transferred, transferred or sold.

PROMOTION REGULATIONS “12 years of Four Gates Group”

1. Event organizer

- The organizer of the event is LLC «Four Gates Ukraine» (next – «Organizer»). The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion, suspend or cancel it in the event of force majeure circumstances.

2. Territory and timing of the event

- The promotion is valid on the territory of Ukraine.
- Participation period: from 09/28/2025 to 10/14/2025 (inclusive).
- The draw will take place on 10/16/2025.
- Vouchers must be used by 12/31/2025 for cruise bookings with a departure date before 12/31/2026.

3. Participants of the action

- Only capable citizens of Ukraine who are 18 years old or older can participate.
- Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives cannot participate.
- The participant confirms that he has read the rules and accepts them.

4. Prizes

- 300 euro – for people who have not been on a cruise yet.
- 400 euro – for people who have already traveled on a cruise
- 500 euro – for people who have already traveled on a cruise with.

Determining the winners:
– Participants fulfill the terms of the promotion and send the appropriate text/review.
– The winners are determined by the Organizer through expert evaluation.
– Only one participant can claim each prize.
– Additional gifts can be drawn among subscribers >>>Telegram channel.

5. Participation procedure

1. Subscribe to at least three social networks or messengers Four Gates Group.
2. Provide text (according to category):
– dream of a cruise (for category 300 €);
– cruise review (for category 400 €);
– review of a cruise with Four Gates Group (for category 500 €).
3. Submit material via section «Reviews» on the Organizer's website.

The organizer has the right to reject participation in case of violation of the rules, submission of false information or offensive statements.

6. Terms and conditions of use of prizes

- Vouchers are converted into hryvnia at the commercial exchange rate on the date of payment
- The voucher is one-time use and can only be used for a discount on a cruise booking.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.
- If the booking cost is less than the voucher amount, the difference is not refundable.
- If the booking cost exceeds the voucher amount, the participant pays the difference.

7. Determining and notifying winners

- The winners are determined by the Organizing Committee.
- The commission's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Winners will be notified via official Four Gates Group channels within 3 business days of the draw.

8. Responsibility of the Organizer

- The organizer is not responsible for:
– technical failures that prevented participation;
– inability to use the prize in case of restrictions related to visa, migration or other rules of third countries;
– further travel-related expenses of participants

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or replace the prize with an equivalent one without prior notice.

9. Processing of personal data

- Participants consent to the processing of their personal data (name, contact information, review texts) for the purpose of conducting the promotion, determining the winners and informing them. The data will not be transferred to third parties, except as provided by law.

10. Force majeure

- In the event of force majeure circumstances (war, state of emergency, quarantine, natural disasters, etc.), the Organizer has the right to change the conditions, postpone or cancel the event without compensation to participants.
